Mr. Foote has prepared tax returns for Partnerships, Corporations, Fiduciaries (including Estates and Trusts) and all types of personal returns including farmers, physicians, day care providers, and consultants since 1989.

He has also represented clients in office audits and collection actions before the IRS and has responded, on behalf of clients, to IRS notices and written inquiries.

In addition to being an Enrolled Agent, Mr. Foote has passed all parts of the CPA exam.
